I organized a Company Holiday Party for our business with 100+ people in attendance and the event was a huge success. Holiday Inn Washington Dulles has the most courtious and helpful staff and Taylor Young (Director of Catering) was there to help me through out the process of arranging this big event. She was even there on the day of event to see that everything goes smoothly. They were able to accomodate ou guests' food allergy related requests. Over all this venue was beautiful and the food was great. We had an amazing time!

Our company Party was a success, thanks to our event planner Taylor Young. She was very very helpful and was present at the day of the party itself to check if everything was set. Not to mention, the food and everything was great.We always have our party at hotels and this is the best so far. I will definitely recommend Taylor and the hotel to my friends because they have exceptional service.

Our 2011 company Holiday party event was fantastic ! This was a new venture for our company of 100 plus employees that I am in charge of each year. First the event planner Taylor Young was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs, she worked miracles with the budget I had to do this event and made a normal holiday party into a very special event. The feedback from our employees was all positive. The atmosphere at the hotel was warm and friendly and we felt that our event was important to them.I plan to have our summer event as well as our 2012 holiday event at the Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles.Great service, Great Fun, Great event!

This is the second experience I've had with Taylor Young and her team of professionals at the Holiday Inn in Dulles. My first experience was as a vendor DJ performing for one of her clients. I was treated like a guest and not just a vendor.

Last month, we held our son's Bar Mitzvah there and what a delight it was to work with Taylor again and all the other team members. We had a perfect event. EVERYTHING, we asked for during the planning process and the night of was met with one response,"NO PROBLEM".

They even went above and beyond when we had to push our start time back by 2 hours due to my son's team making it to the championship football game. I really didn't think they could do it, but I felt it couldn't hurt to ask. Wow, they blew my mind when they said, "NO PROBLEM".

So, in another 5 yrs when we do this again for our daughter, where do you think we'll be??? Holiday Inn @ Dulles, FINALLY a place that gives me my champagne taste on a wine cooler budget.

Oh yeah, and the sleeping rooms were awesome and having the pub there for overnight guests to hang out was great. We also just chilled in the lobby because it's so comfortable.

Hello everyone, I got married recently in November at Holiday Inn, Washington Dulles Airport and I must admit I am very satisfied with the output and services of Holiday Inn. I would also like to specially thank Taylor Young, Wedding Specialist & Catering/Sales Manager. She has been a continuous support and helped us very patiently throughout the event plan and during the final day. I recommend Holiday Inn at Washington Dulles Airport as one of the best places to get married in VA. Thank You!
 

I was extremely happy with my decision to have my wedding ceremony and reception at the Holiday Inn [Dulles Airport]. Taylor was responsive to my needs from the very begining. I had a limited budget, so she was able me a reduced price on a different day of the week. She also asked me about the necessary little details that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Her and her team included my decorations and favors on the guest tables. She made some great suggestions and the entire event was a success. The food was delicious. Most of my guests commented that the hotel and my reception were both beautiful. There is a gazebo in the courtyard that made an excellent background for photos. They also have a wonderful bridal suite with a whirlpool tub.

The entire staff was great too. There are always things that happen that are outside of your control on a big event like a wedding, and the entire staff was ready to help with whatever I needed... even when it wasn't their responsibility.

It was also convenient to have everything all in one place including the guest rooms. Most of my guests were from out of town and it was nice for them to not have to drive in an unfamiliar area. My bridal party was also able to get ready in the hotel and not worry about transportation.

Overall I would reccomend this venue for any wedding ceremony, reception or any other event.

… Our luncheon was a roaring success! The room was lovely , the food was excellent (especially that DEADLY chocolate cake!),… As I have always found, the Holiday Inn is a great place to hold a party!
